Follow these steps

    ·        Make sure your client is not running.
    


    ·        Go to the "Run" menu. This can be accessible by pressing the start key, and "R" at the same time.
   

    ·        In the "Run" screen, type in "%appdata%", (without the quotes), and click "OK".


    ·        Once in your AppData folder, locate the sub-folder called "Thunderbird" and open it. There should be a few different files in there, and among them should be a folder named "Profiles".
